Check in: 4:00 PM or later
 
Check out: 9:00 a.m. – All personal items MUST be removed from your bedroom and bathroom by 9:00 a.m. on your last day. This will allow our housekeepers time to get everything cleaned and ready for the next guests. If you would prefer to leave your personal items in order to shower and change after your hunt, you are welcome to do that. We just ask that you please reserve an extra night. House cleaning happens early AM and beds changed in afternoon.
 
Kitchen: We provide fully furnished kitchen with dish washer. Please clean up your own dishes and put away. This is the only we can maintain our rates. Cleaning up after everyone takes more time and adds more expense.

 Payment: All rooms will need to be paid for in advance. If guide cancels your hunt we can roll you over to next season. Once you check in and if you leave early no credits are given.

If a guide service cancels a hunt due to WEATHER CONDITIONS, every effort will be made to reschedule or roll your room/rooms over to the next season. 
 
Early Departure: Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation. No refunds will be given for early departures. 

 
Pets: Dog kennel area will be provided on a first come first serve basis. This is in a secure, indoor heated facility. 12×24 shop. No dogs (pets) are allowed inside lodge premises. A cleaning fee of $75 per day of your reservation, will be charged to your credit card on file should you allow pets inside lodge premises. 
 
No Smoking Policy: Bootheel Lodge is a 100% non-smoking property. A $200 cleaning fee will be billed to your account should smoking occur anywhere inside the lodge premises. Sand buckets are provided under carport for your convenience.
 
Lost & Found: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. However, we will make every effort to locate and return these items. 
 
Injuries: Bootheel Lodge and its entities shall not be held liable for injuries acquired on the premises. 
 
Quiet Hours: In consideration of ALL guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. No loud, unruly behavior after 10:00 p.m.
 
Damages: Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to lodge asset. The credit card on file will be billed for any damages at replacement cost. Guests shall keep the lodge room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
